Management Responsibilities:
To track and maintain safety records in the operations of the company by the following:
- Create a safe work environment
- Minimize our impact on the neighboring communities and surrounding
- Maintain a process of safety management over operation systems.
- Instruct and supervise workers on safety measures and the risk on health.
- Ensure effective communication between workers in all matters regarding health and safety in the work place.
Employees Responsibilities:
Each employee is obliged to adhere to the following:
- Comply with safety regulations to avoid injuring oneself and others
- Wear personal protective equipment and clothing and equipment when required
- Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately
- Report all known and potential hazards to management
- Take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of oneself and others
