Management Commitment to Health and Safety

Rob5 and its employees commit to complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (No. 85 of 1993)

Rob5 commits to:

1. Providing a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace for our employees, contractors and visitors and minimise our impact on the neighbouring communities and surroundings;
2. Continually improving our operations to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and other requirements;
3. Regularly meet and communicate with employees in terms of health and safety performance;
4. Providing the means necessary to sustain the requirements of the Health and Safety Policy;
5. To ensuring that other relevant health and safety procedures are in place to assist the Health and Safety Policy in the protection of Rob5 employees; and
6. Ensuring the health and safety of non-employees and its surrounding neighbours by having policies and procedures in place that will protect them from any harm due to Rob5 mining
   activities.

Management Commitment to Quality

Rob5 is committed to the development and implementation of the quality management system and continually improving its effectiveness by:

1. Providing the necessary leadership, management and resources to obtain the highest levels of quality assurance.
2. Continually improving our operations to comply with all relevant legal and other requirements.
3. Regularly meeting and communicating with employees in terms of quality performance.
4. Providing the means necessary to sustain the requirements of the Quality Policy.
5. Establishing other relevant quality procedures to assist the Quality Policy to obtain quality assurance
6. Regularly measuring and improving the quality management system to ensure conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
7. Reviewing the Quality Policy annually.

Quality Objectives

At Rob5, quality is an integral part of our Rob5 Corporate Identity and Roadmap. At Rob5, we implement the Quality Policy through the application of the Rob5 Quality Management System.
